Nurtur Aveda Institute Columbus is seeking a passionate Esthetics Instructor to join our team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 annually.

The ideal candidate will inspire students and uphold our core values while demonstrating strong leadership and commitment to student success. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, coaching students towards achieving their goals, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of esthetics experience in a salon.
• Experience in training staff preferred.
• Must maintain a valid Esthiology Instructor license.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in beauty and wellness.
• Prepare lesson plans in alignment with industry standards.
• Coach students to meet service and retail goals.
• Ensure compliance with NACCAS and State Board regulations.
• Participate in continuous education and training.
