ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR: YOUR ROLE

This full-time position includes Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The schedule also includes split shifts of either 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. One Monday evening shift from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM is required each month, and one evening shift each week is required.

As our Esthetics Instructor, your day will be spent coaching future estheticians through hands‑on skincare techniques, demonstrating industry best practices, answering questions, and helping students build confidence in their abilities. You'll celebrate milestones, provide constructive feedback, monitor progress, and create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable challenging themselves and growing their skills.
