The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio esthetician instructor license, brings clinical facial experience, and excels in customer service and classroom management.

Join Paul Mitchell The School Toledo as a full-time Esthetics Instruction Teacher!

If you're passionate about esthetics and love helping others succeed, this is your chance to step into a role where your expertise makes a real impact every single day.

You will earn between $18 and $20 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid sick and vacation time. You'll enjoy discounted professional products and services, too, because taking care of yourself matters just as much as taking care of your students.

Our full-time schedule options include Monday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or Tuesday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We also offer part-time opportunities if evenings or weekends work best for your schedule.

DAY-TO-DAY

As our Esthetics Instruction Teacher, you lead engaging lessons rooted in our renowned esthetics curriculum, teaching everything from facials to advanced machine-based techniques while creating a supportive and upbeat classroom environment. You guide students as they build confidence, professionalism, and hands-on skills, offering real-time coaching, encouragement, and meaningful feedback along the way. You collaborate closely with a passionate team that's committed to delivering exceptional education, while also continuing to grow your own industry knowledge through ongoing training and development.
