QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR ADMISSIONS AND ENROLLMENT ADVISOR

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or completion of some college credits
• 5+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Experience in the beauty industry
• Admissions experience in a post‑secondary college or university
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems

WHAT YOUR DAY AS AN ADMISSIONS AND ENROLLMENT ADVISOR ENTAILS

You will connect with prospective students and their families, helping them picture themselves stepping into a new career and showing them exactly how to get there. You will give tours that feel personal and energizing, confidently guide conversations toward enrollment, and keep every detail on track from first visit to final paperwork. You will naturally bring financial aid into the conversation as part of the process-not the focus-while managing multiple priorities behind the scenes. You will balance strong sales instincts with precision and care, creating an experience that feels seamless, supportive, and exciting from beginning to end.

SCHEDULE

Enjoy a consistent 8 am–5 pm Monday through Friday schedule, plus one weekly 11 am–7 pm evening, giving you structure while still creating flexibility within your routine.
