Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetics Educator, must be currently licensed.
• Experience in teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring preferred.
• Strong skincare, facial treatments, waxing, makeup, and esthetic procedures knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold students to high standards.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
