Now Hiring: Advanced Esthetics Educator – Hybrid Instructor

Location: Downtown Clearwater, Florida

Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Pay: $21–$25/hour (based on experience)

Are you a licensed esthetician with expertise in clinical skincare and a passion for education? Altruistic Academy, a premier Beauty, Medical Esthetics & Wellness Academy, is seeking a skilled Advanced Esthetics Educator to lead our Hybrid Medical Esthetician Program and Advanced Skincare Workshops.

We train students in both theory and hands-on advanced treatment protocols, and we’re seeking an instructor ready to deliver high-level training using Jan Marini products, Candela Medical equipment, and other cutting-edge technologies — including PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) skin rejuvenation.

Responsibilities:

Instruct students on advanced medspa treatments, including:

Standard & medical-grade chemical peels

Dermaplaning

Microneedling & Microchanneling

Radio Frequency (RF) Skin Tightening (e.g., Sublative/Sublime)

PRP Therapy for Skin Rejuvenation

Advanced Anti-Aging Protocols

Educate students using Jan Marini Skin Research protocols and Candela Medical Technology

Educate students on professional development, marketing, and product sales

Monitor and support students through a hybrid learning model (online + in-person clinicals)

Maintain compliance with Florida Board of Cosmetology guidelines

Prepare students for licensure and job readiness

Requirements:

Florida Licensed Esthetician

1–3 years of hands-on industry experience performing advanced esthetic treatments

1+ year of educator or clinical training experience in a school, spa, or medspa setting

Familiarity with Jan Marini skincare, Candela devices, and PRP techniques preferred

Comfortable teaching in a hybrid structure (online + in-person)

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Ideal Candidates:

Passionate about teaching and mentoring future estheticians

Experienced in medspa-level treatments and safety standards

Comfortable using aesthetic equipment and product protocols

Motivated to grow with a progressive and innovative training academy
