Restore Hyper Wellness in Plano, TX seeks a licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our wellness team. You will help clients achieve skin health goals using state-of-the-art modalities and grow your skill set in a fast-paced, education-forward environment.

The role offers opportunities to work with HydroFacial equipment, sell services and memberships, and contribute to community events. Weekend availability is required, with growth potential into full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed esthetician in Texas with current license.
• Minimum 1 year of facial experience.
• HydraFacial equipment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Jan Marini and Hydropeptide products preferred.
• Strong sales ability and monthly goal orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Availability on some weekdays and all weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and administer facials and body treatments.
• Educate clients and build personalized treatment plans.
• Build and maintain esthetics client base and nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate records in the POS system.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Sell esthetic services and cross-sell other modalities.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Educate clients on Restore modalities and products.
• Assist with store operations, events, and content creation.
• Support marketing projects and launches.

Schedule

Some weekday shifts (Mon-Fri). MUST be available for all weekend shifts, as required.

Responsibilities

• Performing consultations and administering Facials and Body treatments
• Educating clients about benefits and building a personalized treatment plan for their needs
• Building and maintaining our esthetics client base, including nurturing leads and current clients
• Maintaining accurate records of each session in our point of sale system
• Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
• Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained
• Selling Restore’s esthetic services to existing and new clients
• Cross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services
• Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
• Educating clients on all Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience
• Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
• Participate in the planning and coordinating of events, in studio and out in the community.
• Assist with content creation and social media posts for esthetic services.
• Assist with other marketing projects to lead to growing the esthetics client base.
• Helping implement new services & products for successful launches!
• Occasionally assisting the studio with filling in shifts as a Hyper Wellness Representative to primarily handle client visits, and rendering core services.

Qualifications

• You’re a licensed esthetician in the State of Texas, license is current.
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a practicing esthetician with facial experience.
• You’re experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is strongly preferred.
• You're experienced in Jan Marini and Hydropeptide products- this is preferred, but not required.
• You're experienced in product sales.
• You are comfortable meeting goals each month and strategizing on building our clientele. Must be comfortable selling packages and memberships.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
• You are available on some weekdays and all weekends, and are dependable.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
