Job summary

True L.I.O., Inc. is seeking a motivated full-time front desk associate for our Miami flagship in-person role. You will handle client care, sales, and front-desk duties with training on our devices and treatments.

You will manage consultations, book appointments in Vagaro, process payments, and drive package and membership sales while delivering a warm, compliant experience for a diverse Miami client base. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; training provided on XERF, TruFlex, and Venus Legacy.

Responsibilities

• Client care & treatments (trained / supervised as your license allows).

• Book, confirm, reschedule, and manage schedule in Vagaro; handle payments and checkouts.
• Open/close the office and maintain a clean, organized front desk and treatment area.

Job type: Full-time only — in person, Miami flagship. This is a Full-Time role.

Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience, license, and sales ability. Plus commission / bonus opportunity on retail, packages, and memberships sold.

True L.I.O. Health & Wellness is a provider-guided weight loss and med spa company — Telehealth in all 50 states. Flagship care in Miami. We specialize in GLP-1 weight loss, metabolic health, body contouring, skin tightening, and wellness injections. We are growing and looking for ONE strong, people-first team member who can treat clients, sell with confidence, and run the front desk like an owner.

Who this is for — either background qualifies

Path A — Licensed Esthetician who is strong in sales, OR

Path B — Medical Assistant who is strong in sales and loves aesthetics / wellness

You do not need to already know our devices. We will train the right person on XERF, TruFlex, and Venus Legacy.

What you will do

Client care & treatments (trained / supervised as your license allows)

• Perform / assist with treatments after training and sign-off: XERF (skin tightening), TruFlex (muscle toning), Venus Legacy (body contouring / skin tightening)
• For Medical Assistants: take vital signs, room patients, take medical histories / intake, give injections as directed by the provider, assist with GLP-1 / wellness injection visits, prepare treatment rooms
• For Estheticians: skin assessments, treatment prep and aftercare, client education on treatment plans and home care
• Take consented before-and-after photos, keep treatment notes complete and on time

Sales — this is a sales role, not just a treatment role

• Run consultations support: listen, educate, and recommend the right package / plan — no pushy selling, honest guidance
• Sell treatment packages, memberships / maintenance plans, and retail; hit monthly sales goals
• Rebook every client before they leave, follow up on open consultations and leads, recover clients whose plans are ending
• Explain financing / payment options clearly
• Greet and check in / check out clients, answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and fill the schedule in Vagaro; manage waitlists and no-shows
• Take payments, close the day, keep the front desk, waiting area, and treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready
• Open / close the office as scheduled

Cold leads, software & social media — required for BOTH paths

• Call cold leads every day: call cold and warm leads from our lists, plus follow up open consultations, no-shows, and clients whose plans are ending. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, handling "no," logging every outcome, and booking the consultation — this is part of the job, not extra.
• Work in GoHighLevel and our other software daily: GoHighLevel (CRM — pipelines, calls, texts, emails, follow‑ups), Vagaro (booking), RepeatMD (VIP app / shop), Trainerize (wellness app), RingCentral (phones / texts), Google Workspace, monday.com, and our EMR / telehealth systems. We will train you on our setup, but you must be strong on computers and learn software fast.
• Assist the social media team: help our social media team with content — capture photos / short video with client consent, prep clients and rooms for filming, help with ideas, captions, and posting, be comfortable on camera when needed, and support Instagram / TikTok / Facebook content for True L.I.O.

Must-haves

• Proven sales experience — retail, med spa, wellness, fitness, beauty, or healthcare sales — and comfortable asking for the sale and rebooking
• People-friendly, warm, polished, and reliable: on time, follows through, great with clients who are nervous or new
• Strong computer skills and fast learner on new systems and devices — GoHighLevel, Vagaro, RepeatMD, Trainerize, RingCentral, Google Workspace, and monday.com
• Willing and able to call cold leads daily and assist the social media team — do not apply if you will not do phone sales / follow-up calls
• Speaks clearly, writes clearly; bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred (Miami client base)
• Understands HIPAA, confidentiality, cleanliness / infection control, and professional boundaries — only performs services your license and our providers authorize
• Available for some evenings / Saturdays as scheduled; flexible as the flagship grows
• Reliable transportation to our Miami flagship

Nice to have

• Med spa / aesthetics experience, body contouring experience, or experience with Venus, radiofrequency, or muscle‑toning devices
• Injection / phlebotomy experience (Medical Assistants), GLP-1 / weight‑loss clinic experience
• Front desk / receptionist / patient coordinator experience, Vagaro or similar booking software
• GoHighLevel CRM experience, cold‑calling / lead follow‑up experience
• Social media content experience (Instagram / TikTok / Facebook) and experience assisting a social media team
