Job summary

Charles Penzone, Inc. in Dublin, OH is seeking Esthetician + Makeup Artists In Training to advance through a structured training program while performing services at base prices at PENZONE New Artist Concept Salon + Spa at BASE ONE.

The program is new and innovative, allowing hands-on experience while supported by a PENZONE Creative Educator, giving you the knowledge and skillset necessary for success in the industry.

Qualifications

• A full-time flexible schedule
• Valid Ohio Esthetics (preferred) or Cosmetology License
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external guests
• Previous salon experience is welcomed, but not required
• Reliable transportation to BASE ONE in Dublin, OH

Responsibilities

• Esthetician + Makeup Artists In Training will be performing esthetics services at PENZONE x BASE ONE on guests paying base prices.
• Esthetician + Makeup Artists In Training will complete learning modules with a combination of self-paced hands-on and online training.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the service while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards per PENZONE + state board expectations.

This role is a great first step in the industry, with an hourly pay rate + retail commission to build up your skills + guest base at our New Artist Concept Spa. We foster creativity, collaboration + learning!
