Qualifications

• Must be an active Esthetician and Esthetician Instructor in Georgia.
• Experience in supervising people is preferred.
• Strong reading and writing ability to interpret industry documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership support to students.
• Incorporate Ogle's core values in all interactions.
• Help students prepare for licensing exams (TDLR) and career placement.
• Ensure attendance and student engagement.
• Maintain facilities, supplies and teaching tools.
• Counsel students on attendance and progress.
• Participate in meetings and company events as needed.
• Communicate policies clearly to students and staff.
• Collaborate with departments to support learning outcomes.
