Qualifications

• Must hold Georgia Master Cosmetology and Cosmetology Instructor License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory experience in a people‑oriented environment.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret industry documents and policy materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise students, integrating Ogle School core values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Teamwork).
• Support student retention and attendance goals.
• Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Guide students in adhering to academic policies and standards.
• Foster a positive, respectful clinic environment for guests and staff.
• Assist students in preparing for state licensing exams (TDLR) and career placement.
• Maintain records of student progress and engagement; assist with grading where needed.
• Collaborate with departments to support admissions events and organizational activities.
