Instruction & Student Success

• Deliver engaging lessons using ESI-approved curriculum
• Lead demonstrations, lectures, hands‑on training, and skills assessments
• Prepare students for the State Board Certification Exam
• Motivate students to maintain attendance and a high GPA

• Conduct monthly academic progress reviews
