Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas in Orlando, FL is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team and help clients feel their best by unlocking their skin's potential. You will deliver high-quality facial services, design progressive treatment plans, and educate clients on skin health.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, participating in hands-on training and workshops, maintaining professional spa standards, and generating new clientele through member referrals and memberships

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
