Qualifications
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide world class client experience by performing top-level esthetic services.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
- Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
