Elements Massage Newton is excited to announce the addition of therapeutic skin care services to the studio's offerings and is currently seeking licensed estheticians / aestheticians to join the growing team. We are looking for knowledgeable Estheticians who are engaging, warm, and have outgoing personalities.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and the benefits of regular, customized facials. At Elements Massage, we value our team members and emphasize work-life balance. Our philosophy includes effective communication, collaboration, and providing the proper resources for everyone to succeed.

Estheticians will earn an hourly base pay along with commissions on product sales. Prior experience in therapeutic skincare or similar spa environments is preferred but not required. A passion for skincare and delivering excellent client care are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn $45-$60/hr including gratuity and product commissions

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program

• Confidence in recommending products to clients
• Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality
• Excellent communication skills with clients, management, and coworkers
• Ability to thrive in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Previous spa or facial experience is a plus
