Job summary

A modern skincare company in West Bloomfield, MI, is looking for a Skin Expert to provide outstanding customer service and perform various skincare services including facials, dermaplaning, and eyebrow treatments. The ideal candidate will possess a Michigan Esthetician License and have experience in skincare techniques. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals and ensuring excellent service standards in a collaborative environment. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Michigan Esthetician License is required.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, and chemical peels is necessary.
• Candidates must be proficient with equipment needed for technical work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Perform services such as facials and eyebrow tinting.
• Perform short services, including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
• Use an appointment book or system to book for return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

Experience we are looking for…
