Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert for a Part Time role in Phoenix, AZ, offering facial services, lash and brow treatments, and skincare. We provide an inclusive, modern atmosphere with affordable skincare and a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing and tinting, and help meet personal and store sales goals. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Esthetician license/advanced practice license required.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing and tinting.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
• Use a store system to book return services.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures.
• Create and maintain a partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and customer service.
• Notify Esthetician Manager of supply needs to ensure items are on hand.
• Assist in in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Job Description:

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.
• Use an appointment book or system to book for return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Esthetician Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Esthetician License/ Advanced Practice License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

License: Esthetician (Required)
