Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert in Fargo, ND to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales while performing facial and skincare services in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time, weekends-only role requires ND esthetician licensure, experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, peels and waxing, and strong communication skills to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• North Dakota Esthetician license is required.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical skin services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services, including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
• Use an appointment book or system to book for return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures; ensure board compliance.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure items are on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Job Description:

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will...

Experience we are looking for...

• North Dakota Esthetician License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.

• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
