Responsibilities

• Perform facial services with excellence, including express facials, custom facials, hydration facials, men’s facials, teen facials, timeless facials, and HydraFacial services
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend treatments based on guest needs, skin concerns, and goals
• Educate guests on aftercare, skincare routines, and retail recommendations
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and professional standards
• Deliver a warm, luxurious guest experience from start to finish
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and uphold Aulo’s standards of hospitality and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial services with excellence, including express facials, custom facials, hydration facials, men’s facials, teen facials, timeless facials, and HydraFacial services
