Aulo Spa in Newark, NJ is seeking a skilled Lash Artist to join our founding team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on customizing lash services and delivering an exceptional guest experience with a luxury service mindset.

The Lash Artist will perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, conduct consultations, ensure lash health and safety, and educate guests on aftercare. Commitment to cleanliness and professional presentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Esthetician or Cosmetology license, as required.
• Lash certification and hands-on extension experience.
• Strong knowledge of lash styling, isolation, mapping, and retention.
• Commitment to sanitation, lash health, and client safety.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.
