Job summary

Hand and Stone Newark is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to provide exceptional skincare services for our members and guests. We focus on personalized facials, progress plans, and client education to make every visit meaningful.

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state, carry liability insurance, and adhere to local licensing laws. You will deliver world-class experiences, meet sales goals, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Must maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
