Our "SKIN EXPERT" (Esthetician / Cosmetologist) is responsible for performing 40-50 minute facials, brows, and waxing. The SKIN EXPERT must maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate records. Provide excellent customer service, meet service and product goals, and follow FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines. Must be 18+ with an active Esthetics or Cosmetology License.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert, you will:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
2. Achieve personal and store goals.
3. Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
4. Perform services such as cryotherapy, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
5. Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
6. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures to ensure Board compliance.
7. Collaborate with team members to promote teamwork and high customer service standards.
8. Work with the Salon Manager to maintain supply inventory.
9. Assist in operational processes.
10. Adhere to store standards at all times.
11. Follow company timekeeping procedures accurately.
12. Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Experience required:

• Esthetics License
• Experience in chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Availability: Nights and Weekends required
