Job description

Under limited supervision, evaluates client's skin and determines the best treatments for enhancing appearance. Responsible for providing clients with skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans and skillfully performing treatments.

Experience

Experience in chemical peels and facials. Experience with microdermabrasion preferred but not required

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective plan of care and evaluating outcome of the intervention.
  • Ability to sell appropriate skincare products to clients
  • Familiarity with Epic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills in order to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Licensure, Certifications

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk and pay close attention to detail

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze the client's skin condition and discuss the best skincare treatment
  • Advise clients on how to take care of their skin and recommend appropriate skincare products
  • Maintain treatment records of clients
  • Follow all health and safety regulations including maintaining a clean and sanitized work area
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, treatments and products
  • Manage appointments and process payments for services
  • Possesses knowledge about all aspects of services, post treatment care recommendations and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information and ensures inquiries are responded to in complete detail; has understanding of products being sold and manages sales
  • Participates in marketing including screenings and events
  • Determines skin regimen tailored to each client's skin needs
  • Provides education for skin health
  • Understands risk and benefits of facials and chemical peels

Pay Range

$16.79 - $24.37

Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
