Position Summary

The LifeSpa Esthetician provides skin and facial services and treatments to improve guests' well-being and enhance their club experience. Services include facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and make-up application, exceeding guest expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides personalized skin and facial services that meet clients' needs and expectations.
2. Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
3. Discusses options with clients to determine their individual needs.
4. Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the LifeSpa and Salon.
5. Serves as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens.
6. Promotes all LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
7. Stays current on certifications and industry trends.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Esthetician License in the state of work.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Requirements

• 2 years of cosmetology experience.
• 6 months of sales experience.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Pay

This position offers commissions between 35% and 70%, depending on product sales and productivity. The weekly minimum pay will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
