Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a Wealth Transition Services Tax Manager to advise high net worth clients on estate planning from a tax perspective, review legal documents, and lead major estate, gift, GST tax engagements across the firm. The role includes client relationship management, business development, and mentoring staff.

You will hold a Bachelor's in Accounting with CPA/EA/JD/LL.M. in taxation; 4–8 years of experience; strong communication; and the ability to coordinate multiple engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA/EA/JD or LL.M. in taxation.
• 4–8 years of tax planning and estate planning experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; client-facing capability.
• Ability to lead large estate/gift/GST tax engagements and coordinate teams.
• Proven ability to develop business and networks; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on estate planning from a tax perspective for cash flow, distributions, and succession.
• Review estate/business documents related to planning and compliance.
• Provide tax planning for high net worth clients; conduct internal research.
• Manage client relationships and proactively add value to experiences.
• Support marketing, webinars, and staff coaching; oversee engagements.
