Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a Senior Tax Manager in Minneapolis to lead tax planning for high net-worth clients, including estate and gift tax work. You will coordinate with staff, review returns, and mentor team members while engaging with clients on wealth transition strategies.

The role demands strong communication, deep transfer tax knowledge, and experience with flow-through entities and private foundations. Hybrid, in-office work is available.

Formación

• Requires CPA license or EA certification.
• 7+ years of public accounting or related field experience focusing on individual clients and corporate trusts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in transfer tax and estate planning.

Responsabilidades

• Review gift, estate and fiduciary tax returns.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely, accurate returns under firm processes.
• Coach and mentor staff.
• Interpret and review legal documents for estate planning and business succession.
• Advise clients on estate planning and tax strategies to maximize benefits.
• Assess tax positions from multiple angles to optimize outcomes.
• Lead planning processes for cash flow, distributions, and estate preservation.
