Job summary

Estate Sale Associates in Arkansas is seeking energetic team members to stage homes for estate sales during the week and run sales on weekends. You’ll stage items, price and tag lots, and create a welcoming pop-up shop inside each residence.

Responsibilities include organizing spaces, managing crowds, handling POS transactions, inputting data, and delivering friendly customer service across locations that vary week to week. A reliable ride and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

• Accurately input customer and item data into the POS system.
• Handle cash and balance registers before and after the sale.

• Stage items for display to create a pop‑up retail shop environment inside each residence.
• Remove, sort, and organize items throughout clients’ homes, including attics, basements, storage areas, etc.
• Place items in a logical manner throughout each home.
• Evaluate items and apply a price sticker or tag on each item or lot of items for sale.
• Interact with customers in a kind and friendly manner.
• Control crowds and keep shoppers out of specified areas.
• Negotiate pricing during the sale.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Check customers out using the POS system.
• Accurately input customer and item data into the POS system.
• Handle cash and balance registers before and after the sale.
