Job summary

Caring Transitions of West Jacksonville is seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual to prepare and market estate projects from start to finish. This hands-on role blends photography, AI-assisted content creation, and light physical work, with travel to sites across the service area.

You will photograph and stage items, use AI tools to refine descriptions, and assist with estate cleanouts and auction logistics in real homes.

Qualifications

• Creative eye for photography and item staging.
• Comfortable using AI tools for writing and photo editing.
• Physically capable of cleanout work including lifting and sorting.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule including days, weekends, and auction pickups.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to generate and refine item descriptions; upload photos and listings to estate platforms.
• Edit and process listing photos using AI-assisted tools.
• Stage and organize items for photography and sale.
• Assist with estate cleanouts including sorting, removal, and disposal coordination.
• Support auction pickup days to assist buyers and manage item release.
• Travel to project sites across the service areas.
