Job summary

Brown Button Estate Sales is hiring an Online Sale Advertising Coordinator to manage the presentation of estate sales online, craft compelling sale titles and descriptions, supervise photography, and coordinate cross-market advertising. You will lead email campaigns, social media, and listing-site presence while using AI-enabled tools to improve speed, accuracy, and engagement.

This role is on-site in Kansas City, MO with a focus on scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools for writing, organization, analysis, or workflow improvement.
• Ability to work full-time from our Kansas City, Missouri office.
• Strong written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate online presentation of estate sales across multiple markets.
• Create clear sale titles and descriptions; select banner images and photography.
• Upload photos, descriptions, sale details, and promotional content to platforms.
• Review online sales for accuracy, formatting, and quality; avoid exaggeration.
• Publish sales early; update as better photos or information becomes available.
• Coordinate with GMs/Team Captains for additional context or details.
• Build and send promotional emails; maintain templates and branding.
• Segment shopper lists and review performance data to improve results.
• Publish listings on EstateSales.net, EstateSales.org, Google Business Profile, etc.
• Research new listing sites and advertising outlets; track value vs. cost.
• Coordinate social media content; create repeatable posting systems; write captions.
• Track engagement, registrations, and performance; run A/B tests to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate photo-editing workflow; ensure timely editing and uploads.
• Provide constructive feedback to photographers and editors; improve visuals.
• Apply AI-enabled methods to image selection, upload tracking, and quality checks.
