CyberCoders is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate in Concord, NH with a hybrid schedule. The attorney will advise on wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for high-net-worth individuals and fiduciaries.

The role covers wealth preservation, probate administration, and tax matters, collaborating with financial advisors and other professionals to deliver integrated planning solutions while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
• 2+ years of trusts and estates, estate planning, probate administration, or related practice areas preferred.
• Strong drafting, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Design and implement wealth preservation and succession planning for individuals, families, and closely held business owners.
• Counsel fiduciaries regarding trust and estate administration responsibilities.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters from inception through final distribution.
• Prepare and review estate planning documents and fiduciary accountings.
• Advise clients on federal and state estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax considerations.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop integrated planning solutions.
