Qualifications

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of probate documents, estate planning documents, and court pleadings related to trusts and wills.
2. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.
3. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all necessary documents are readily accessible.
4. Coordinate with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth case progression.
5. Prepare drafts of legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate documents.
6. Assist in the administration of estates and trusts, including asset collection, inventory, and distribution.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically within the field of estate planning and probate law.
2. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of trusts and wills, including the process of drafting and modifying these documents.
3. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
