Confidential Employer in Hackensack, NJ seeks an attorney with estate planning, probate/estate administration, and elder law experience to join our established legal team. The ideal candidate will be admitted in NJ and NY with 2+ years of directly relevant practice and a strong client-service mindset.

• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff.
• Strong professional judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to client service.
• Solo practitioners with an established book of business are welcome to apply.

• Draft, review, and revise estate planning and related legal documents.
• Manage client relationships and provide clear, practical legal guidance tailored to individual circumstances.
• Represent clients throughout the lifecycle of estate and probate matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across the firm on matters that may involve multiple areas of law.
• Develop and maintain a strong client base, with meaningful opportunity for business development and practice growth.

Job description

Pay:

$140,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

Hackensack, NJ — Hybrid. This is a primarily office-based opportunity, with hybrid flexibility depending on experience

Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in both New Jersey and New York and must have at least 2 years of exclusive, directly relevant experience in estate planning, probate/estate administration, and/or elder law. In-house counsel backgrounds are not a fit. Solo practitioners may be considered if they have an established book of business.
