Jobot is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join our Midland, Texas team. This role offers a low billable hour requirement, a lucrative bonus structure, and a clear path to shareholder status.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience, be admitted to the Texas bar, and be ready to build their own client base while providing top-tier estate planning, probate, and elder law services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas (Texas Bar).
• Minimum 3 years in estate planning, probate, elder law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Provide expert counsel on estate planning, probate, and elder law.
• Manage probate and trust administration with compliance.
• Develop client relationships and provide regular updates and service.
• Stay updated on changes in laws affecting estate planning and probate.
• Coordinate with financial advisors and other professionals for comprehensive service.
