Job summary

The Simone Law Firm, P.C. in New Jersey seeks an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney licensed in NJ and Pennsylvania to join our growing team.

You will manage a range of matters including Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, and Guardianships with direct client contact and support from experienced paralegals. Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• At least 4 years of legal experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with clients and appearing in court.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Will & Trusts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage own Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Elder Law, and Guardianship matters.
• Conduct in-person client consultations and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Draft Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Guardianship Pleadings, and related documents.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters.
• Represent clients in NJ Chancery and Law Division; Pennsylvania courts as needed.
• Advise clients on legal matters, transactions, and options.
• Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements and assist in dispute resolution.
• Lead and collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with applicable legal standards and court requirements.
