Job summary

The Simone Law Firm, P.C. in Cinnaminson, NJ, seeks a Civil Litigation Associate with at least six years of experience to join our hybrid work team. You will represent clients in court, draft pleadings, advise on business and real estate matters, and lead a small team of paralegals.

We offer a competitive compensation package from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and a robust benefits program including health, retirement, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Admission to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of six (6) years of active civil litigation experience.
• Experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, or HOA law is a strong plus.
• Experience with debt collection matters is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate with confidence and empathy.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Cinnaminson, NJ. In this role, you will represent individual and business clients in legal proceedings, draft pleadings and motions, and guide clients through complex business and civil transactions. A typical day includes client consultations and leading a team consisting of a paralegal and support staff regarding client needs.

Salary is commensurate with skill and experience.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time preferred; slightly reduced hours may be considered.
