Orion Placement is seeking an attorney to join a busy, on-site estate planning practice in Las Vegas. You will manage a full calendar and guide clients through wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection.

Nevada Bar admission is preferred; a J.D. from an accredited law school is required. This role offers strong mentorship, collaborative teamwork, and meaningful long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy calendar of estate planning clients and guide them through decisions.
• Counsel clients regarding wills, trusts, estate plans, and asset protection.
• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents.
• Assist with probate and trust administration based on experience.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive communication.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, clerks, and staff to move matters forward.
• Take ownership of client matters while expanding knowledge of trusts and estates law.
