Job Description
- Support attorneys with probate matters from opening through administration and closing.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain probate pleadings, petitions, notices, correspondence, and case files.
- Track court deadlines, hearings, filings, and other important case milestones.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other parties.
- Assist with gathering estate assets, records, inventories, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate probate filings and ensure matters move efficiently through each stage of administration.
- Maintain accurate case information and provide attorneys with proactive case updates.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of probate paralegal experience.
- Strong understanding of probate procedures, filings, deadlines, and case administration.
- Excellent organizational and case-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active matters.
- Professional, dependable, and client-service focused.
- Positive attitude and collaborative team mentality.
- Ability to work fully on-site in Las Vegas.
