Job summary

The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Estate Planning / Probate Attorney to join the team. Newly licensed attorneys are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Record and store client information
• Probating Wills;
• Dependent and Independent Administrations;
• Guardianship Proceedings;
• Small Estate Affidavits;
• Heirship Proceedings;
• Drafting Wills, POAs, Trusts Agreements among other estate planning documents and;
• Other duties assigned.
