Responsibilities

• Manage estate planning matters from client intake to document execution.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Meet with clients to understand family goals and assets.
• Coordinate probate and estate administration as needed.
• Work with probate team and Founding Attorney on complex matters.
• Maintain organized client files and deadlines.
