Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar, or eligible for prompt admission in Tennessee.
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in estate planning, probate, trusts, or related practice areas is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful, practical legal counsel with a focus on client experience.
• Manage estate planning matters from initial consultations through signing.
• Review estate planning documents for accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
• Advise executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries in probate and trust matters.
• Handle probate court matters including pleadings and hearings.
• Maintain accurate matter notes, deadlines, and client communications in firm systems.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move matters efficiently.
• Counsel clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and asset protection.
