Mason Law & Planning Group, a forward-thinking estate planning law firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Paralegal to join our growing team. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to deliver thoughtful legal support that helps families plan confidently for the future.

Responsibilities include coordinating client meetings, preparing funding and trust documents, and maintaining meticulous digital records.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Estate Planning/Probate preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal document preparation and digital document management.

Responsabilidades

• Client Engagement: communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to coordinate meetings and guide them through the estate planning process.
• Trust Funding Support: prepare funding documents and assist in retitling assets into trusts.
• Meeting Coordination & Support: prepare files for meetings, take notes, assist with plan reviews, and notarize documents.
• Project Management: prioritize and manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and ensure smooth communication.
• Document Management: print, organize, scan, file documents, and maintain digital records in practice management systems.
• Continuous Improvement: suggest ways to improve internal processes and client experience.
