The role involves reviewing deeds, filings, and formation documents, managing workflows, preparing estate plans, and entering data into legal software. Paralegal Certificate and WealthDocs knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate required.
• Knowledge of WealthDocs required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and preparing deeds, assignments, and other funding documents.
• Working with county recorders to ensure deeds and supporting documents are properly filed and fees are accurate.
• Managing workflows and processes related to funding, and related tasks.
• Assisting in the creation of entities, including preparation of formation documents and filings.
• Preparing summaries of existing estate plans.
• Support creation of estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and entering data into legal document software.
• Other duties, as assigned.
