Job summary

Farr Law Firm in Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to support our trusted team. If you are detail-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about helping clients make crucial life decisions, you’ll fit right in here.

You will draft estate planning and probate documents, review materials for clarity, and collaborate with attorneys to meet client needs. This role follows a 8:30am–5pm, Monday–Friday in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable learning complex legal concepts.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Ability to learn to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Drafting estate planning and probate documents with precision and care.
• Reviewing and editing legal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Working closely with attorneys to support client needs.
• Maintaining an organized workflow in a steady, fast-paced environment.
• In-office schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
