Qualifications

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in tax and estate planning, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• 2. Proficient knowledge of tax forms 706 and 709.
• 3. Extensive experience in administering both revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• 4. A solid understanding of tax planning strategies and techniques.
• 5. Exceptional research skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
• 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal and financial matters to a non-technical audience.
• 7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• 8. A bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field. A paralegal certification is a plus.
