Responsibilities include drafting estate planning documents, client intake, scheduling, and document execution, while maintaining organized files and meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

  • Draft and manage estate planning documents: wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives
  • Support estate planning attorney with client intake, scheduling, and document execution
  • Maintain organized client files and track deadlines
  • Prepare asset summaries and trust funding documents
