Brandywine Estate and Elder Law in West Chester, PA (with a satellite office in Lancaster) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our boutique practice focused on estate planning, probate and elder law. You will work directly with clients and gain courtroom experience from day one in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

The position offers a clear path toward partnership, a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week between West Chester and Lancaster), and a culture that prioritizes work-life

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning practice.
• Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one.
• Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days per week, split between West Chester and Lancaster offices.
• Long-term growth trajectory, including potential for partnership as the firm continues to expand.
