• Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning practice
• Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one
• Hybrid schedule, 2–3 days per week, split between our West Chester and Lancaster offices
• Long-term growth trajectory, including potential for partnership as the firm continues to expand
