Job summary

W3Global in Coral Gables, FL seeks a Director of Client Services in the Estate Planning Dept. This high-visibility role blends client engagement with senior paralegal experience, guiding prospects through planning options, addressing concerns, and discussing fees.

You will be the main contact from engagement to representation completion. You will join an established team, participate in onboarding, and support two attorneys and four paralegals, with emphasis on relationship-building, seminars,

Qualifications

• Strong substantive knowledge of Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Medical Directives, and related planning documents.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to quickly establish trust with clients.
• Confident, persuasive communicator comfortable discussing fees and overcoming objections.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and participating in educational seminars and events.
• Willingness to participate in evening or after-hours Estate Planning seminars and events.
• Interest in client-facing and growth aspects of Estate Planning practice.
• Great time-management and organizational skills.
• 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial Estate Planning consultations with prospective clients.
• Listen to clients' goals and concerns and recommend appropriate Estate Planning solutions.
• Build trust and explain the value of moving forward with an appropriate Estate Plan.
• Address questions and objections involving fees, timing, complexity, and family dynamics.
• Follow up with prospective clients who are not ready to retain the firm immediately.
• Maintain substantive Estate Planning knowledge for Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and related documents.
• Lead Estate Planning review and signing appointments and confidently answer complex client questions.
• Participate in Estate Planning educational seminars, webinars, and community presentations, including after-hours events.
• Represent the firm at community and educational events and develop relationships with prospects and referral sources.
• Assist Probate Department on an as-needed basis.
