Job summary

Legal Search Solutions, LLC in Palm Beach County, FL seeks an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Estate Planning practice. You will handle client matters from intake through execution, drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents with a team of professionals.

The ideal candidate has JD, Florida Bar membership, 0–5+ years experience, and comfort with WealthCounsel, FormBuilder, and Clio; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
0–5+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, or related matters.
Experience drafting estate planning documents using WealthCounsel, FormBuilder, or similar software.
Familiarity with Clio or other practice management software.
Strong drafting, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage client matters with minimal supervision.
Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial consultations and advise clients on estate planning strategies.
Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and related documents.
Manage estate planning matters from intake through execution and funding.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
Coordinate with paralegals, financial advisors, and other professionals.
Utilize WealthCounsel, FormBuilder, Clio, or similar software.
Assist with probate and trust administration matters as needed.
