Bighorn Law in Miami, FL seeks a Director of Client Services in the Estate Planning Dept. This full-time, in-office role is the main client contact and combines engagement leadership with senior paralegal expertise.

You will address client concerns, explain the value of estate planning, discuss fees, and guide clients toward our services.

Join an established team with training and support; compensation starts at $80,000 base with OTE up to $120,000, plus full benefits.

Formación

• Foreign attorney or senior trusts & estates paralegal
• Experience meeting with prospective clients and building trust
• Ability to explain complex estate planning concepts to clients
• Comfort discussing fees and guiding clients through the process

Responsabilidades

• You will be the client's main contact from engagement to representation
• Address concerns and demonstrate the value of our services
• Collaborate with attorneys to support the estate planning department
• Join an established team with a 120-day training program
